Eric Kroeker – Executive Chef

Our Executive Chef Kroeker is responsible for innovating and refining the delicious flavors of Buzz Pop Cocktails. Currently Chef Kroeker is employed by the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas as a Pastry Chef.  Chef Kroeker previously held a similar position with Caesar’s Palace. Chef Kroeker is a graduate of the Western Culinary Institute, holds a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and has shared his passion with others as an instructor of these same skills.

Chef Kroeker is a motivated out of the box thinking chef who is responsible for flavor testing, recipes and quality control of our production facility.
